Imperial Financial Policies

All weekly contractual payments are to be made on Sundays.

Political parties shall pay a weekly fee of ϰ300 starting the first Sunday after they are registered.

All securities transactions shall incur a 5% fee to be paid to RK Regional Holdings.

All voting members of the Reichstag must either be a member of an officially registered party or be subject to a weekly fee of 25% of the current Ministers' salary.

Political parties are subject to a filing fee of ϰ300.00 to the Imperial Government.

Corporations are subject to an incorporation fee of ϰ1000.00.

Failure to report changes to the Ministry of Interior's Registry shall result in a fine of ϰ50.00. This fine shall be paid by the organization for which the infraction is committed and not the individual that specifically committed the infraction unless applicable.

All advertisements on the Imperial Discord server are subject to ϰ200.00 fee. The only exceptions to this fine are individual political campaign advertisements. These exceptions made be used once per week.

All pings targeted at everyone, @Citizen, @Laborer, and @Resident, are subject to a ϰ100.00 fee. The only exceptions are for Imperial Government regional announcements that pertain to the management of the Empire. This does not effect advertisements paid for in #advertisements.

Channels may be leased to organizations for the purpose of conducting their affairs, for outreach, or for other tasks. Channel leases must be signed off by a Joint Decision. The general rent paid shall be ϰ10.00 per week. Payments can be made to the Imperial Government weekly, monthly, or yearly. Rent is negotiable per channel and may be increased based on the importance of the channel being leased. Rent may be raised after the signing of a lease but the rent increase must be approved by Joint Decision. Rent increases only come into effect during the next payment period for each lessee dependent on their payment plan. Major channel leases must be signed off by a Reichstag Decision. The lessee may impose extra rules on the channel that do not conflict with Imperial Laws or server policies. The lessee may also exclude citizens, laborers, residents, and nobles from their channels at will and may file a lawsuit against individuals that do not comply after 48 hours of notice. Utility channels are public use channels necessary for economic, political, or personal activity. Utility channel lessees may not exclude individuals from their leased channels. If a lessee is a designated major organization, it may hold internal channels on the Discord server free of charge but within reason.

Lawyers operating in Kaiserreich must be employed by a registered law firm.

The Imperial Government will compensate newspapers ϰ100 for every 300 words written. Negotiable upon payment.

The Imperial Government will compensate broadcast programs ϰ150 for every 300 words scripted. Negotiable upon payment.

The Imperial Government will compensate private roleplay ventures ϰ450 per week of operation.

The Imperial Government will compensate private raiding and defending organizations ϰ100 per regular raid, ϰ200 per tag raid, and ϰ300 for any occupation lasting over a week with defender opposition.

The Imperial Government will compensate private law firms that work pro bono for clients in need ϰ250 per trial.

Every quarter, Reichskonglomerat shall be compensated for employee wages that involve the collection of taxes or the fulfillment of compensation requests.

In the case of financial emergency, Reichskonglomerat may request an advance on payments for employee wage reimbursement from the Imperial Government.
